GTA4 Lost and Damned Download Time/Issues
If it’s taking an absurd amount of time and little progress is being made, restart the download; something isn’t right. I’ve heard download restarts are fixing most issues.
What has your experience been like?
Mine has been trying to download for 6 hours now.
Goes to 48% and stops. Sometimes going back to 30%.
I’m on my fourth download attempt in 2 days now. Each one takes 2-3 hours and each one fails at 71%. This is bogus. Anyone else having problems?
started mine yesterday at 3:30 when i woke up it was at 92% and has not moved just restarted but still going slow ass hell. 1.7gb would usually take about an hour threw my connection on the computer, dont know why its taking so long.

Mine gets to 36% and stops. I ve tried to cancel the download and start over. I even tried to delete what was downloaded and try again. Still gets only gets to 36% xbox live times out and stops downloading. I then have to tell it to download again at which point it may try to start from 36% or many times it drops down to 1% and starts over only to get to 36% and stop.
This is not right. I’ve paid my 20 bucks for this stupid thing and now I don’t even want it anymore.

The problem Im havin is not in the download, The download was surprisingly fast…. But The problem is freezing. My GTA 4 game never froze before, but when I downloaded lost and damned it freezes. ANYBODY ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM?
hey, i started downloading this yesterday arfternoon at about 4 oclock left my xbox on till about 10 this morning at its at 87%…. this is pathetic..
this is bullshit….2 days and it only goes to 8%!!!

day one 6% in 10 hours day 2 at 52% and in 3 hours it started back at 1%WTF!!!!!!
1st attempt stopped at 78% i cancelled and restarted it and it started on 85%? since then 3 hours have passed and its 86%…
ok so literally 1 minuite after i put my last post i checked again… restarted it and it restarted on 59%… i really wish i didnt buy it now
i dont mean to spam with posts but i think if you just cancel the download when it freezes and start it again it does help a lot im on 96% right now… its took 5 hours but it has worked

Yeah a buddy and me went to play last night, and the game had gone missing somehow? So I am in the process of downloading The Lost and Damned for a second time now, weak sauce…but it’s not taking a whole day or anything like all of yours, oh yeah and Micky, if you want your money back, all you have to do is call Microsoft and bitch them out! The customers’ always right!
